Update...

Hi Everyone...

Sorry it's been so long since I've updated our family blog! We've been very busy and doing a lot of stuff. I'm now ready to get back in the swing of things and will be taking some time this week to get my blog all updated with our recent adventures! Tune in next week to see what we've been up to!

Born May 13, 2003 @ 12:02 am @ Mt Clemens General Hospital.
Weighing 8lbs, 3 oz and was 19 1/4 in long.
**She's a fun loving kid. She love her friends to no end and hates to leave them behind. She's a bit of a tomboy (thanks to her dad) and enjoys sports! Her smile will brighten a room and she has the most beautiful eyes a child could possibly have. I couldn't ask for a more adorable child!




*~*~Aaliyah Natalia Salahe~*~*
Born July 16, 2007 @ 2:42 pm @ Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital.
Weighing 7lbs even and was 17 3/4 in long.
**She's a very happy go lucky baby! She loves to smile and look you in the eye. She's recently sprouted her bottom 2 teeth. Her latest milestones are sitting upright on her own, pushing herself to a sitting position when lying on the floor, preparing to crawl, and will try to feed herself. My baby girl is the happiest baby I know! She gets so excited when her sister, her dad, or myself enter a room where she happens to be. She even reaches for us to pick her up! She's almost 7 months and is so very active. Our daugher is so perfect in every way, at least to us she is!

Beautiful Arizona

So our family has finally settled into our new life here in up and coming Buckeye, Arizona! It's been a little hard to adjust to the desert, but there's so much potential here for growth. Mikayla and Aaliyah are adjusting well. They're just happy to be around family and friends! Life without the Coast Guard has also been a challenge, but we're managing to overcome that hurdle as well.
